{Minor, Single Chapter} Ul'vhy Mou is... a rather terrifiying individual. A mad scientist operating out of the city of Mevhuno since anyone can remember. He skulks inside an abandoned factory performing bizarre experiments and bossing his massive army of golems around to do his bidding. With no sense of free will, they don't question his command and follow his orders diligently. Deruta is the only one to ever stand against him. He speaks in a shrill maniacal tone, placing his mental instability in clear view.
"Huhuhu! I always knew you'd come back Deruta, your brothers and "sisters" just mean too much to you. This is the perfect chance to fix this malfunction."
"YOU ARE FODDER! EXPENDABLE! A MACHINE TO PERFORM BASIC TASKS! YOU DON'T DESERVE A NAME, NOW GET BACK IN LINE BEFORE I TAKE BACK WHAT LITTLE FREE WILL YOU HAVE!"
"Heh... Heh... HahahahahaahahaHAAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA!... You see now... Science is not an easy field to progress in... With no test subject willing I was... I was forced to use myself. Look at me! LOOK AT ME! This is the face of commitment! My body is not important if it means progressing the world! The vain will be trapped in the past! HAHAHAHAHAHA!"
