His real name is unknown and his actual appearances are rare, his pseudonym taken from a popular song from the area. He is known to be a ruthless and violent sort, but given he keeps Ul'vhy Mou at bay, many of Mevhuno's people look up to him. He talks quickly and with charm, like a used car salesmen often calling people of all genders baby.
