Leona is the SHSL Mangaka, and is very passionate about her craft. She tends to go on long, drawn out rants about her favorite mangas and artists, regardless of whether people want to listen or not. She loves to share her interests with the people around her, and loves going into in depth analysis of her favorite shows. Her voice should be around medium to high pitch and a bit nasally, similar to the typical nerd character on a cartoon, but not too over the top.

Ah yes... He was a brilliant mangaka that used realistic settings with cartoony characters to create an interesting universe for his story.
Oh yeah! That was a reference to my favorite anime! It's about a girl that uses her magical powers to save the world against the forces of evil!
