The Spider, a black market businessman who runs a galaxy-wide monopoly. He hides out in the Tangled Shore, where he was left to his vices, until the Barons arrived, ruining everything. Due to this fact, he decided to team up with the Guardians and Petra Venj, if only so business could resume.
[He has an older, gravelly voice]
"Well, if it isn't Petra Venj! The worst jailer in the Solar System!"
"I'm sorry, but despite our clearly, mutually aligned interests, I can't help but feel like I would be the one who comes up short."
"Oh, and if you ever find the itch to go back on the right side of wrong? You know where to find me."
