Mondo has a pretty gruff voice and I see him as having a Boston or Brooklyn-area accent, but I'm still open to other options.

Mondo Owada (大和田 紋土 Ōwada Mondo), is a student in Hope's Peak Academy's Class 78th, and a participant of the Killing School Life featured in Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc. His title is Ultimate Biker Gang Leader (超高校級の「暴走族」chō kōkō kyū no “bōsōzoku” lit. Super High School Level Gang Leader).
