Tomo-chan’s real name is NOT Tomo-chan, but you don’t actually get to know their name until later in the game, and at that time, he is no longer voiced. Tomo-chan is what the hero calls him after learning about the honorific ‘chan’ and the word ‘tomodachi’. It’s not meant to be correct, just a nickname.

Personality: Tomo-chan is innocent and kind, referring to the hero as an ‘angel’. He is incredibly impressed by her, especially when she jumps out the window half asleep.
Line Count: very light

Accent: Preferably North American. Japanese also acceptable from an actual Japanese speaker.
Description:Child, Male, Cute (We prefer a female playing him as a kid unless a male can pull off the voice we need.)

“Here, I brought this for you! It’s a plush that my mom and I made. It’s name is creature, and it’ll protect you forever and ever! Just hold on to it tightly and it’ll look after you!”

Hey there Madarahd! Thank you for your audition! It was very wonderful. I loved your voice, but it may be a bit off for this particular character. Just a couple things (Character specific) that we'd like to point out: 1. Your sentence flow needs to vary a bit more- the lines sounded a bit unnatural or broken up. This is really great stylistically for some production types, but for what we're going for it acts a bit off for the scene. Another thing is the cry was a bit too toned down. It is meant to be one long burst instead of a few smaller ones. It was well done otherwise, just stylistically for the scene it wasn't what we're looking for. Thank you so much for your audition :) You're doing great! Just some character issues need to be sorted out.
