Dreamweaver should have a soft voice, one that a motherly or goddess feeling. In her first appearances, she sounds somewhat saddened and tired - struggling to speak a little (last line). But as she gets to understand the Wanderer's motives (first line), her voice becomes a little more authoritative and a tad loud (second line). Weaver is the last survivor of her kind, very powerful magicians who protected the citizens of the realm, but has been captured by the Nightmare Lord. Many have tried to save her but they all failed to do so. As such, she is troubled that so many had to die meaninglessly. After all, she does want the best for the realm, but she’s just not the best at expressing it and so takes on a slightly bossy attitude.

Her accent is up to you! Just nothing overly goofy.
