Mister Akio has appeared in episodes 1, 2, and 3. Though he's a very common character to have show up in the story and will probably appear more often in future episodes than most characters
Mister Akio is the huge, boisterous, deep-voiced, friendly man who drives the local ice cream truck. He is unusually muscular for an ice cream man and frequently helps out with community events. He should sound fairly manly but also welcoming and friendly,
(Boistrous and friendly) Well hey there Kiddo! Looking for something to fix a sweet tooth today? (Cheerful booming good-natured laugh)
(calmly explaining himself under accusation) Whoah whoah whoah, I didn't send nobody out into a forest. There's clover fields in the park out the west side of the festival, everyone figured the kids would go searching there
