Mayor Wright is the Mayor of the main city of the story, starlight city. He is an important character and is planned to be a key role to this series. Hes a more positive happy person. if i had to think of anyone to compare him too maybe the Doctor from Doctor Who?

    "Ladies and gentlemen! Today we gather to honor these heroes for freeing
    us from the Raider known as Psycho Sam. Sam had been terrorizing us!
    cutting off caravans, doing small raids to weaken us down and we will never
    forget what happened to our dear city and the ones weve lost to his carnage.
    But today that reign of terror is over as we accept these heroes into our
    city! to help protect and serve for the better of the commonwealth. So
    please welcome our new saviors; Mitch, Tiffany and..... The ghoul? oh
    yes Fernando. Everyone give a big Starlight city welcome to Fools and
    a Ghoul!"
