The Librarian is the kind of person that makes you wonder: "how on earth has THIS guy survived a nuclear apocalypse?" He is aloof, scatterbrained, fixated on small, often irrelevant details, and his train of thought switches often. There is an almost musical lilt/cadence to his voice, a strange contrast to the horrors of the wasteland around him.
This is a smaller, supporting role, but certainly a crucial one to the story itself. He will have about 35 lines in total.
