Ok, so first of all, I wanted to say that I'm actually a big fan of your work. I've actually followed you even before this project. If I may offer constructive feedback, here are my thoughts. I would try to cut down on takes to 2 ideally and 3 maximum. If it's a difficult line or you're uncertain as to what the director wants, then it's fine to add as much as you need. And it's always appreciated to have more takes when you send the final lines as a final product...but not so much for an audition. In an audition, your objective is to make a statement and provide impact immediately and quickly. Think of it as a resume, if you will. Something that makes an impact quickly. You never go past one or two pages on a resume. Even though you may want to list all your accolades and a have a 7 page resume, a company only has time to go through the first page. Bad analogy but I hope you understand. Or think of a product feature of a new product. You want to keep what's great about it, short, concise, to the point and where people will see what they want to see. Or if it's a Youtube video, short, concise and to the point. In summation, gather your best lines and narrow it down to your 2 best takes. I would say on your own terms, record as many lines as you feel comfortable with and then you choose the top 2 for each line, etc. I just found myself hearing the same lines repeated over and over, etc (First line had 6 takes and it was hard to move past that)

I see, thank you! I understand now, will definitely keep that in mind. I'm glad that you're a fan of my work though! Hopefully I'll be able to work with you on one of your projects sometime!
