Tadese is the prince of the far away sister kingdom of Shisia. He has stolen the greatest airship currently in the world known as “The Butterfly” (which even he is aware is the worst name ever...) and is a self appointed spy following the attacks on the neighboring kingdoms to try to piece together what’s going on. Kind of goes without saying but he gets himself into a bind. He is a young suave clearly clueless guy who is always trying to hit on Rayis and Silica (even though they are way out of his leugue)
