The mother of Mariko Uzumaki and a full blooded Diclonius.  Being born in a world with no parents with a unknown appearance to the world. (Her horns is the only difference between her and a regular human) She was raised in a foster home, but was bully so much that she ran after that home when she was 7 or 8 years old. Months has gone by and she was barely finding food and warmth. All the people that walk past her don't look at her as a regular person. They all look at her like some kind of disease. This affected her mind so much as a child that she was even thinking about suicide every single day.  Until a certain spiky blonde boy came up and offer her a place to stay. Lucy was overjoy that someone care about her and actually sympathize with her. Few months later, they both got into an accident with the same bullies and they almost killed the boy that Lucy love so much and so woken her diclonius powers that was dormant inside her and killed the bullies in cold blood (They was rip to shreds and their heads was decapitated)  Fast forward to the present (Close to the end of Part 1), after the reunion with the one who accepted her, they both unknowing conceive a child before the man was presumed KIA.  Refusing the man she love has died,  she disappear moments after her daughter was born and was searching for him, leaving her daughter for close to seven years.  

Director note: Lucy is a character who overacts to everything and is extremely protective about her family.  (She had two more children after the despairing event) (She is in her very late 30s to early 40s) Her voice should be just a little rough but her voice range is up to you. Also she is a character who completely abandon her diclonius bloodline and wants herself and her children to have nothing to do with it. (In the original series, the diclonius are a new specius that was going to replace humans. That means the extinction of the human race)   Also she is the main character in part 3. Just to let you know
