TSUTSUI, Shiho is a super ditzy girl that is pretty terrible at most everything. In fact, she tends to ruin or destroy most of the things that she gets her hands on. She's usually breaking something, so she's under the constant scrutiny of the Student Body Representative: GO, Minami. She's also extremely talkative and remembers most everything she hears but nothing she has read or needs to apply to paper. Whenever she screws something up, her friends on the swim team have been known to pin her down and tickle her. This often gets Cassandra's attention, which makes Minami extremely jealous (As she secretly harbors feelings for Cassandra).

She always speaks like she is incredibly sure of everything that she's saying. But like she's digging it out of her brain at the same time.
