KAWAGISHI Nozomi is one of two maids in the CALLAGHAN home, and is second to her Senpai: IMAI-SAMA. She is CALLAGHAN Cassandra's secret friend, since IMAI-Sama made it quite clear that she would fire her if she got too close to Cassandra. She is kind, thoughtful and incredibly well-spoken. She often thinks ahead and thinks only of her friends. She is incredibly indebted to the CALLAGHAN household, who covered her parent's enormous debt incurred while she was fighting cancer. It was also the cancer itself that lead to her adopting a mindset that everything should be worked out and that everyone should always be happy. Which is probably why she also turns into an alcoholic party animal during her time off. (She was a fan favorite in the online comic.)

She has a cute southern drawl. Very expressive when she speaks.
