Lady de Winter is a member of the Circle of Eternity and a former assassin by trade. Most things she says don't make much sense as she's out of her head more than one would want to admit. Her voice should be high pitched and/or child like to show how her head works.

"You don't gets to know our name you silly little creature. It's a secret secret. You can only call us Lady de Winter! With the big bright Circle of Eternity!"
"No that's not fair! You can't talk to the bitty little 'Relion like that! He's next in line for that big chair in the Lanister castle, he is! Don't talk to him like that!"
