The younger brother of Queen Serana de Vinte in Astieri, Luka is the reigning King of Takniare ever since the death of his parents. Rumors fly that he's the reason behind his parents death, but such things are merely that, rumors. His voice should be authoritative, but soft when need be. Usually it's only softer and kinder when speaking to the lead of his Circle, Cerys.
