Skylla Koriga is a bronze-blooded troll with the Taurist sign. She lives out in the country with her lusus Lady (or "Ladyy" if you use her quirk), who resembles a lassie dog. She is somehow vegetarian. She's quite strong as well, as she's able to fend of a group of twelve bandits on her own, with only your help.

I personally imagine her with a western accent and a medium voice range for females, but you may depict her however you want or can!
