The following character killed a person in the hopes to save a larger cause. He has since lived a life of guilt and remorse but has hidden his actions from the public. The Courier (the main Player) eventually discovers the plight of the victim and interacts with him.
Age: Should pass for mid 30s. Sorry..can't take any voice that sounds like a teenager, etc. Most roles in anime fan dubs don't quite work for Fallout as they tend to choose middle-aged actors. Voice must be medium to baritone.
Voice: Medium to baritone. No high voice for this character.
Accent: North-American. No Southern accent.
Personality: Should sound calm and nurturing, akin to a doctor or a father figure but he breaks apart when you discover his past.
