In either case, the voice has to match the personality: Tidy, calm and professional in the first case, and rowdy and relaxed in the latter. Age can vary.

Interesting accent! Would you like to audition for the three bandits, too? I think it would fit well with them. You can still get the role of a guard and tavern visitor.
