Alicia is a seemingly cheerful princess, being an exemplary and just noble who her people look up to. She, however, harbors a secret: Alicia is actually the secret identity of the masked vigilante Fleur Mortelle
She wasn’t always working undercover as a vigilante, it was the outcome of her hatred for criminals after the death of her parents (sound familiar? ;P) by brigands.
As a child, she nearly died after coming across a Nerium Oleander flower or also known as the “Flower of Death”, she feared the flower ever since thus she molded the masked maiden Fleur Mortelle after her fear.
I obviously took the origin story from Batso but whatever.
