Syck for Teto Malvin
Teto Malvin is a supporting character in alive, he is a retired famous surfer who use to run a shack but shut it down. He now spends his days by relaxing and chilling with his companion, Tanner. Riley looks at Teto as a brother/father figure. Teto did put some bad influence on Riley, but is trying to get her off that path he had put her on.
Teto personality is chilled. He has some Porto Rico influence in him but he does not have an accent nor need to be a specific race to play as him.

Look Riley, I know I might not be the biggest and bright influence on you. You have got to stop doing what you are doing, I don't need you to get into more trouble then what you are already are in.
