Ira is one of the main antagonists in the show. He always picks fight with Cure Diamond and wants things to go his way. He takes orders from no one unless threatened as seen by Bel. He lost his memories once and Rikka took him in. She nursed him back to health despite him being the enemy. When Cure Ace came to get rid of him when he had the concussion Cure Diamond protected him from her. (Yep people ship it) Ever since the encounter he is seen being flustered around Diamond, yelling at her, or making fun of her.
