Mel hails from the human world; she says she came to the Pokemon world after reading some Pokemon fanfiction and going to sleep. She's also a total Pokemon nerd, making her pretty accepting of her current situation. Although prone to getting salty, she's generally good-natured and doesn't mean to make enemies on purpose. In fact, the scar on her back is from a Leavanny that she angered unintentionally. Way to go, Mel. Aside from that, her other discerning feature is the way her ears flop over, unlike in most Eevee. Those bell ribbons also seem to have come with her transformation into a Pokemon. Hm.

Her moveset is unknown (for now). She's a bit too clumsy at the moment to be able to fight anything, anyway.
She doesn't have any close relations with anyone yet.
