Being banned from the premises, she enrolls under the alias "Pidge Gunderson" as a male using the nickname her brother had given her. Pidge is sassy, sarcastic, and a tech wizard, fawning over the alien technology and creating her own- including rewiring/reprogramming robots on the spot and creating satellites from scratch.
