An original Character introduced in Heroton Productions first draft of "Shadow the Hedgehog: For True Story", and then later returned in "Sonic: Nazo Unleashed ReMIX". Lt. Adam J. Griffith is the son-in-law to Commander Abraham Tower, and currently works in the same unit that Shadow the Hedgehog and Rouge the Bat are part of. A fighter by nature, he originally joined G.U.N. to have a chance to fight on the front lines, however things became more interesting for him once the events of Sonic Adventure 2 came to pass. Ever since, he became frustrated on how powerless humanity was to interfere in the affairs of Sonic and the other "Supernatural events" that transpire in the world. Day by day, Griffith would train his body so that he would hope to surpass what's possible for a human to physically be capable of. Additionally, he spent 2 years learning the art of the Samurai, and crafted his own blade, Saturnus.

Despite his best efforts, he's still just a mere human, and despite seemingly getting along well with Shadow and the others, he envys them. He is easily excitable at any form of action since he lusts for power, although he knows when to back out of a fight he can't win.

He was voiced by David Epstein originally, here is an example of his voice: https://youtu.be/7lInW3y9WCA?list=PL9oiOL0nzOqbza-0HrZwCyu6AOpL8ml-g&t=2926

  • Hahahaha! Man...I wish I could've seen that fight! Chaos Fusion?! All of that sounds Awesome!

  • *sigh* I was hoping I didn't have to bring that up...makes us humans feel pretty useless...

  • Listen...I don't like my life, sure, I got a wife and daughter I love, and I got this cool sword of mine, but it's not enough. I don't like being human...I want to surpass being human.

by any chance, do you think you can redo this audition with a lighter sounding voice?

Sure, I can do that. Do you still want the voice to be raspy, or should I drop it?
