I think that this role kind of speaks for itself, if you're familiar with Be More Chill. Josephine's Mom is a nice, good-hearted woman, but like mother, like daughter. She's also pretty awkward and unsure of how to speak her mind.

Mrs. Reyes, on the other hand, is almost completely the opposite. She's incredibly melodramatic and outspoken, and there's a lot of overexaggeration in her voice.

Due to this stark contrast in character, the actor playing Josephine's Mom/Mrs. Reyes should ideally choose one of each character's lines so I know that they can deliver both characters convincingly enough.
