Roses is the Joestar butler. He's know Joseph since 1939. He looks after Suzie Q while Joseph is away. He acts as a butler and a bodyguard. He may be old. But he can kick ass.
His voice sounds rather old. But he has a new york accent. As he's lived there all his life. Please feel free to try what ever.
