IMBO is a mobile device that moves around. He is the primary antagonist of the series. An Unknown person uses it to communicate with the students and act as a mobile announcement system. the character is extremely strange and also quite distant from the others. He is less involved with the students than Monotako and Nurse Neko and is in closer communication with the Overlord.  His lines will be put through effects so the voice you provide can be either altered by you or by myself. He can sound however, but mid - high is probably best.
