A lighter, more human voice with a posh tone, British obviously. Imagine yourself as Matthew Mercer's Leon S Kennedy, yet with this posh british undertone that aids his character.
Jack Jucklek is the best friend of Captain Braylon and seems to have known him for many years, even going as far as to crafting his weaponry and modify his future ship. So he is a genius inventor in a time of needless invention. Not as strong as Braylon, yet, in wits he far outweighs the Captain.
