After the death of her lover by the hands of rogue metahumans, Bryce Wayne vowed that she would systematically kill every metahuman to avenge them. When Aquawoman arrived, claiming to come in peace, Batwoman saw through the treaties offered, being proven right when the treaties fell through  and open conflict between the surface and Atlantis began. Desperate to win the war against the Atlanteans, Batwoman performed surgical and genetic surgery on herself to stand against her adversaries, using Aquawoman's trident to increase her new powers, and drowning her whole world.

For the Drowned, I'd like her to have a medium to medium-low voice that's fairly smooth sounding.
