Personality:
Mei is meant to appear as though she's a mary-sue: Perfect in every way, likeable and thoughtful with the only "flaws" being cutesy clumsy and anxious. 
[SPOILERS]
Mei is actually a power-hungry monarch that wishes to use Angelo and Azreal to her advantage. Her main role is in Azreal's plotline when she hopes to use his corrupted form to seize control of the kingdom. She's heartless and cruel but hides behind a sweet smile.

NOTE: 
Ini is her nickname for Seraphina. Pronounced EE-nii like Eeny, meeny, miny, moe
Azreal is pronounced AZ-ree-ul


Voice:
- Female, Early-mid twenties, Soft-spoken, calm 
- Able to play both an evil woman and a sweet mary-sue

- Voice should be annoyingly cutesy and memorable for the first lines. The last two lines are when 

- Natural or upperclass English accent (North American or any accent is acceptable but English preferred)

Story / About:

Mei is the prince's fiancee. She has differing roles in Angelo and Azreal's routes respectively, but is the primary antagonist of the game. She's annoyingly cutesy, neurotic and selfish. She appears to be a mary-sue (Perfect in every way) but she's a blood thirsty monarch that lusts for power.


WARNING: 
Mei has some implied romantic encounters. (i.e. "I had a great time last night")
Even though nothing is shown or voiced, I prefer the voice actress to play her to be over 18.

She makes a few sexual innuendos when trying to hurt Seraphina.

    [Tearfully] "Oh... um... He's not here at the moment... If only I could be of more assistance... I'm sorry, Ini!"

    [Annoyingly cheerfully] "Yay~! Ini forgives me! I'm so happy." 

  • [Still sweetly but somewhat cold] "Did he kiss you?"

    (Seraphina: What?)

    "Well... That's a shame, Ini."

    [heartlessly] "Angie is a great kisser."

    [Pretending to be sweet but flaunting to hurt her] "Oh? Did you know? I'm one of Angie's special girls. I may be one of many but he tells me that I'm his favourite. We're what you might want to call... Intimate friends, perhaps?"

  • [Laughs Evilly] "Do I want... Azreal? Hah! Please. All there is left to desire from that corrupted angel is the power he holds. He chose to dedicate his life to me, the poor stupid boy. I should spare him the heartbreak and put him out of his misery. I wonder how far his dedication will go?" [snickers simply at the thought and walks away]
