John is the SYNTH custodian of the USCSS Solara, a privately owned commercial ship. It is his duty to keep the ship and crew in stasis safe until they arrive at their destination. John is a very old synth, a spinoff of the David line, only a different appearance and slightly more advanced. He was a prototype that eclipsed David, but he was ultimately deemed far too "Human", much like his David series brothers. Though he may be old, his abilities are more advanced than even the somewhat new Bishop series. He sounds young, but has an old "soul".
Weekly report of USCSS Solara, private commercial vessel under contract to Weyland-Yutani corporation. October 1st, 2180. Deployment of alpha communication relay beacons is complete. Company employees in stasis for delivery to the gold mines on Plutus are in perfect health. No further information of relevance. John, ships custodian, signing off.
It is not necessary to inform me of minutia, I am aware of our scheduled deployments.

Oh my god that sounds amazing! The sound design is pitch perfect, you even got the sound of the nostromo computer incredibly well :D
I have all the sound effects from all the modern aliens video games, including of course the HQ original sound effect used for the pulse rifles which I'll find an excuse to use.
That's awesome! I went through it like 3 times pinpointing every sound and going "Goddamn that sounds spot on to the original." Oh god yeah it's not an Alien feature without the iconic firing of a pulse rifle, followed by the unmistakable shriek of a Xenomorph XD
And the music, god that takes me back to when I saw Alien for the first time, just the spine tingling almost metallic echo, well done sir.
I have all of those sounds too. And all the PIG based ones they used to make colonial marines. They sound awful but at least they're high quality. Though I think the queen sounds are originals. We'll be using a queen for sure.
Better than nothing, least something good came out of colonial marines. God that sounds awesome. I can't wait to see this project in full, regardless of what happens, this is gonna be totally kick ass man XD

No, John is yours. Deckard is going to someone else, if he accepts. This website demands I pay them before I can send or receive lots of PM's apparently.
That, makes a lot of sense actually, I knew there was something fishy about this websites message system.
I get emails every day asking for money to promote the project, as if I'm going to spend money I don't have promoting something I can't make any money from.
Completely fair, 90% of it just feels scammish to me in most cases
