Knuckles is a Red Echidna, the last of his kind, and the protector of the Master Emerald, the strongest force in the universe. The strongest member of Sonic's group, while they didn't get along at first, their friendship and rivalry is only matched by that of Shadow the Hedgehog. Despite how gullible he is (Being tricked to fight for the villains on several occasions), Knuckles is very street smart, albeit hot headed and emotional.

(Modern Knuckles) - "As far back as I can remember, I've been living alone here on this Island. I don't know why, or what my purpose is, but I'm here, guarding the Master Emerald...forever",
(Modern Knuckles) - "Who the hell are you? Wait...I know you, it's you, the same creature from my Island, you saved me the trouble of looking for you...now...I'll tear you apart!"
(Classic Knuckles) - "Name's Knuckles, now get the hell off my Island. I know who you are, the bald guy told me ALL about you! I won't let you take the Master Emerald!"
By any chance, could you audition for both Silver the Hedgehog roles using the voice you used here for Classic Knuckles?
