Also known as Saizo the Fifth, he is a retainer to Ryoma and a deadly ninja of Hoshido.  He is also Kaze’s older brother.  Unlike Kaze however, Saizo is more serious, dark, and deadly than Kaze.  He has a trust issue with everyone except Ryoma and the Royal Family of Hoshido, and would do anything to protect them.  For his voice, definitely go for someone dark and mysterious.  Possibly Batman-like, but more evil and killer-like.
