The Canadian Border Patroler is a minor character in South Park: The Stick of Truth. He is a mountie who guards the Canadian Border.
Once the New Kid tries to get into Canada, he has to pass the guard, who won't let him in until he gets a passport. When he tries to pass the guard without a passport, he'll try to block him and say things like, "No. You see? No matter which way you go, I block you." and "What, you think we just let anybody into Canada?" After getting a photo for the passport at Photo Dojo, the New Kid will return to the guard and show it to him. When the guard is done looking at the passport, he'll let him in. He then yells out, "Open the gate!" (and then remember that's it's only him works there) and opens to gate to Canada.
