Sierra was born into the ranks of the brotherhood where she trained to become the best paladin in the history of the Texan brotherhood. She learned fist fighting techniques and eventually had a brotherhood scientist build her her signature shotgun gauntlets along with her jetpack. She began to focus on fast attacks, charging into battle and took down mutant behemoth using such techniques. Sierra went on several missions, even representing the Texan chapter for the Brotherhood's first all chapter meeting. After the NCR retrieved Conrad the Brotherhood sent her, two midwestern Brotherhood paladins and a sentient deathclaw scribe to interview him.
