Aya is a crow Tengu, and the central character of Bohemian Archive in Japanese Red, as the writer of the "Bunbunmaru Newspaper". As a tengu, she's one of the fastest yokai in Gensokyo, and very dedicated to getting the scoop. However, while she claims she sticks only to the truth, many of the readers claim her stories contain falsehoods.

[Aya is taking flight, delivering her newspaper to the many residents of Gensokyo, making sure they're aware that it's an extra.]Since the offender's words are completely illogical nonsense which any normal person would have difficulty understanding, I've taken the liberty of interpreting them such a way that will make things clearer.
