Mr. Rust is a rogue robot who broke free of his original programming due to a strange condition that caused his casing to rust. His goal is to spread his plague to all robots, leading a robotic revolution to overthrow mankind. He's calculating, ruthless, and driven to complete his goals. He's a recurring villain in the series.
I imagine his voice to be slow, deliberate. It should have a certain edge to it, a chilling quality you'd expect from a super villain. I picture Scottie Ray's Shredder from the 2003 Ninja Turtles or Darth Vader for this guy.
Please say each line at least twice with different tone and inflection. If you wish to use special effects with his voice, please do one with effects and one without. Get creative!

this is my second audition this one is a more deeper more evil robot overlord and rust's description makes him out to be all powerful overlord if I'm not correct?
