Rapt Tokage is an ally of Soga. His Quirk gives him the appearance of a Humanoid Lizard. He Is shown to enjoy doing bad things along with Soga. A Medium to High voice with a lizard like tone would best fit this character!

Not bad, i would say adjust the mic audio a bit. but i think your voice is very fitting for the character!
