A dark demonic king and loyal member of the night ravens. The Horned King in an ancient evil revived by Maleficent to preside over and control the Black Cauldron. Building an army of undead warriors to serve the dark queen's bidding.
Personality:
Out of all the Disney Villains, the horned king is by far the most ruthless and merciless. He's cold and very collected, only showing anger when his plan fails. He shows no sense of humor and the only time he laughs is when it's scornful and sarcastic. The Horned King views himself as a god among mortal men and commands a great deal of authority and fear.
Voice Direction:
The Horned King has a dark, sinister, raspy whispery voice, Like a rotten corpse trying to speak after having the life sapped out of it.
