Maha Sailig (MAH-haw say-LEEG) is a conniving and bloodthirsty demon queen. I picture her with a delicate, seductive, spooky voice, perhaps with a bit of a growl to give her that monstrous edge. A Japanese accent would be a bonus, as she is (loosely) based on the rokurokubi.

The second line could stand to be a little slower and angrier, letting the words linger with the full weight of "how dare you" disapproval. The yell is much better! I think having the voice rise in pitch and energy instead of dropping on "head" would make it perfect. "I shall have your HEAD!"
