Masaru is a tricky one, his role within the Espers requires a different kind of voice, but not so different as to not be one of them. If an authoritative/wise child voice exists within you, use it here. Like Takashi, Masaru is obviously a boy, but women are free to give it a go if they can pull off a more boyish voice.
