Although the Foot Soldiers are mostly mindless automatons incapable of speech in the 1987 TMNT cartoon, here they are capable of taking vacations and drunkenly partying on the beach.  The scene involving the Foot Soldiers is played entirely for laughs, so feel free to get silly and creative with your recordings.   I may ask several performers to help bring the Foot Soldiers to life.
