Queen Mikoto is the kind ruler of Hoshido, the neighboring kingdom to the east of Nohr. Diplomatic and reserved, Mikoto is a ruler loved by her people and wishes for nothing more than to continue Hoshido's days of peace. Mikoto is also Corrin's birth mother and lives with her children in the capital city of Hoshido.


Mikoto is wise and incredibly loving to her children, especially Corrin. Following her death early on in the story, Mikoto's spirit follows Corrin on their journey to find peace and overcome their personal demons. 


  • (to Zelda, welcoming) You are welcome in Hoshido, Princess Zelda. The gods foretold me of your arrival. 

  • (dying, very few breaths) Corrin... do not grieve for me. There is nowhere you can go where I will not follow.

  • Hoshido is in your debt, Crowned Prince Xander. Prepare the troops for battle!
