Crys-Mu is the fairy guardian of the Neutrino Kingdom MutaStones, powerful crystals that hold the key to unlocking super mutations. After the MutaStones are discovered and stolen by Shredder and Krang, she aids the turtles in their battles against them. She is very duty oriented and strongly focused on preventing the MutaStones from being used for evil means. I picture her with a typical, higher-pitched anime cutesy girl voice but am open to actor interpretation. Above all, she should sound young and earnest.

(explaining, a hint of concern in her voice) Dark Mu is the demon that sleeps inside of the Dark Muta-stone. The revival of a great evil like hers would cause all kinds of calamities.
(determined) We must prevent Dark Mu’s awakening, it’s the only way.
(crying out in desperation) She’s not bluffing, watch out!
