Liwei is a member of the Full-Stop Office, a Fixer office known for their use of firearms. The three are confronted by the Blue Reverberation during a mission and are forced to use their Library invitation for a slim chance at escaping his wrath, though it ends about as well as you'd expect for them. Liwei serves as the Office's tactician, and has an assertive personality, also primarily serving as the group's face when they need to talk.
For this role, I'm looking for a medium voice with a commanding presence; someone able to give orders to his teammates and be firm. Think the kinda guy who's usually talking on radio, advising his two more gun-inclined teammates when to take the shot. Even under pressure, he's able to stay somewhat composed - though for the last line I'd like you to be able to reflect some fear at facing one of the most dangerous and unhinged people in the City!

[Musing on the job they've been given.] "So that's the Church of Gears... I didn’t quite expect the director of Shi Association’s Section 2 to personally give our Office a request. Something strange might be up. Whatever... wait for my signal."
[Issuing tactics to the others against the Church of Gears Leader.] "She doesn't seem to be dodging the bullets with her own reflexes. It’s as if something else is predicting the trajectories for her. Tamaki! Think we can read the movement patterns of those gears? I'll finish her off."
[Trying to negotiate with Argalia, only to quickly realize it's not gonna work.] "... Blue Reverberation... we apologize if we interrupted your business. We promise to forget about anything we’ve seen and heard here, so could you let us go? ... I should've known that wouldn't work. Quick, sign your names on this invitation!"
