Kotake: Kotake is Koume’s **lesser** evil twin sister. Even though Koume might have plans to rule the world once she revives her “real king”, Kotake may have truly different intention. Kotake isn’t necessarily **evil**, for she does hold a bit of sympathy for others (which has not been shown yet, due to her passive aggressive attitude towards situations). In terms of how I want her to sound, the same rule applies. There should be a few slight changes though, so that the viewers could be able to tell them apart. Kotake’s voice is higher pitched, and child-like.

Kotake isn’t the main antagonist, but so far, the story has led people to believe that she is indeed the **bad guy** when she’s not. Kotake will eventually show her true colors within the next episode that’s released.
