The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will maintain OUAWP's shows across social media, including Bluesky, Instagram, and TikTok to help grow our listener base and increase/improve community engagement.

This includes (but is not limited to) new episode announcements, casting calls, and production updates.

• Develop and schedule engaging posts for Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok, and potentially other platforms

• Collaborate with the creative team to plan marketing campaigns for new episodes, behind-the-scenes content, and cross-promotions

• Coordinate with voice actors, writers, and producers to highlight their work

• Track engagement metrics and recommend ways to improve reach and retention

• Maintain consistent voice and tone that reflects out brand identity

• Manage shows' award campaigns

• Familiar with audio dramas, podcasts, or storytelling media

• Creative thinker who understands visual and written storytelling

• Comfortable managing multiple social platforms

• Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite a plus

• Passionate about community-driven creative projects and independent media
