Paper Mario the Thousand Year Door Remake Fandub: CHAPTER 3

King K is a Koopa and the leader of the KP Koopas, a fighting team at the Glitz Pit. He's a friendly face who immediately builds camaraderie with Mario. He hypes Mario up, offers advice, and is just in general a nice guy.
The simplest way I can describe what I'm looking for in King K's voice is 'tough gangster with a heart of gold'. He should sound cool, suave, and tough, but also be casual and friendly. Bonus points if you can fulfill that description AND keep the same kind of vocal quality that the other Koopas in our dub have.

This role will have a few lines in Chapter 3, and then possibly a tiny bit more in Chapter 7.

(hyped, excited for you) Man, I heard you just KNOCKED some blocks off! Not bad, Double-G-man. You're the real deal. The realest I've ever seen. Keep bustin' heads! And if anyone gives you lip, you just tell 'em King K said to back it up! Biz-OWWWW!
(melancholic, trying to put on a happy face) Listen, man... Keep it under your hat, but I'm thinkin' about retiring soon. If I stay any longer... well, my future might get shorter, y'know? So, after the next match, I'm gone. It ain't cool to quit and run, that's for sure, but you know what? That's life, Double-G-man. Listen... You stay cool, OK? Promise me you won't forget you once knew King K!
